
16 DAY CHALLENGE
Be prepared for a very uplifting virtual fitness experience!What is involved in 16-Day Challenge?

1) Live weekend classes on Saturdays and Sundays starting 9:30am UK time. Classes last from 30-45minutes and vary from cardio, HIIT and conditioning. All classes are recorded and recordings will be posted on Trainerize app for anyone that might have missed the class. Classes can be used for another 3 weeks after the challenge ends.
2) Access to a fitness app (Trainerize) where you'll find 3 pre-recorded home workout plans to complete during the week. All exercises are demonstrated and modifications given. Sessions last approximately 30 minutes, include warm-up and cool-down and cover the whole body.
3) Personalised calories and macros to track on MyFitnessPal app. Tips and advice on nutrition. Sample meal plan.
4) Check-in at the start and at the end of the challenge to track progress (measurements and photos).Measurement sites are stated in the initial online consultation form. Photos will be uploaded on Trainerize app.
5) Walking challenge. Who walks the most km in 16 days?! We will be using a walking app to track kilometres throughout the course of 16 days.
6) Challenge calendar for all participants to save, download or print. Includes schedule for 16 days plus small daily tasks to improve nutrition and lifestyle.
7) Great team vibe and support group! Daily chats on WhatsApp group chat to keep motivation levels high!!!
8) Team Zoom calls on Saturdays after the live class. We talk about nutrition, body image, lifestyle changes, self-love, motivation, goals...
