Online Personal Training

1-1 Zoom Sessions

 

1-1 Online Personal Training sessions and small group training sessions (2-3 people) via Zoom. 

​

30 min/45 min/60 min sessions available

​

​

Classes vary from Pilates, HIIT, balance, strength, conditioning, boxing, core and functional training. There's something for everyone! 

Each client will also receive their own personalised training plan that will support the progress we make during 1-1 classes.

​

Sessions are fun and challenging, covering a great range of different exercises and training approaches.

​

Equipment: All sessions can be done without any equipment, but a set of weights, dumb-bells and/or a kettlebell and some exercise bands would come in handy, increase the calorie burn and make sessions even more challenging.

​

Regular check-ins to make sure goals are met.
